Taught as a one-time session, series, or as an ongoing class, Meditative Arts is a process of learning to apply creativity from a meditative flow state.
When we do the (sometimes hard) work of releasing our expectations of what will come when we create, we find unexpected results.
We open with time for check-ins, followed by meditative practice, restorative yoga flow, and artistic experimentation (painting, drawing, sculpting) - ending with a closing circle and meditation to aid us in integrating our experience. Each offering is different, guided by the flow of the evening.
