Design process
A clear, structured workflow designed to define scope, maintain accuracy, and deliver visuals with architectural integrity.

Define
Scope, square footage, deliverables, timeline.

Develop
Documentation, drafting, modeling, and visual production.

Deliver
Final files packaged for review, presentation, and implementation.
1. Discovery & Scope Definition
Every project begins with clarity. During discovery, we define project goals, confirm square footage, identify required deliverables, and establish the level of detail needed for your timeline and audience.
Includes:
• Project intake + goals alignment
• Scope of Work confirmation
• Square footage verification (as applicable)
• Deliverables selection (2D / 3D / rendering / presentation)
• Timeline alignment + milestone planning
• File handoff standards + format requirements
2. Base Information & Existing Conditions

Accurate visuals begin with accurate information. When applicable, site measurement and existing conditions documentation establish the foundation for drafting, modeling, and design communication.

May include:
• Field measurement + verification
• Photographic documentation
• Annotated field notes archive
• Existing conditions documentation package
• Base plans for drafting and modeling
3. 2D Documentation & Drafting Support
Drafting translates field data and design intent into clear, dimensioned documentation. This phase supports renovation planning, coordination, and communication with contractors or project teams.

Deliverables may include:
• As-built drawings (plans / elevations)
• Schematic design sets
• Concept design drawings
• Design-build support drawings
4. 3D Modeling & Visualization Production
3D modeling and visualization bring clarity to spatial form, proportion, and atmosphere. Visuals are developed to match the intended use — concept exploration, client presentation, bid support, or marketing.

Deliverables may include:
• Conceptual 3D models
• Detailed BIM / 3D models
• Photorealistic renderings
• Design concept visualizations
• Bid + marketing assets
• Real-time walkthroughs
• 3D animations / flythroughs
5. Review, Refinement & File Delivery
Projects move through structured review checkpoints to ensure accuracy and clarity. Final deliverables are prepared and packaged based on the intended use — presentation, coordination, or stakeholder review.

Includes:
• Review rounds as defined in Scope of Work
• Revision tracking + deliverable updates
• Final file formatting and export
• Organized file handoff (PDF / CAD / images / model files as applicable)
What to Expect
All work is completed under a clearly defined Scope of Work. Additional services require written amendments. Permit-ready drawings must be reviewed and stamped by a licensed architect or engineer where required.
