Shanita King Arts provides architectural visualization, drafting support, and design communication services for residential and commercial projects. Services range from field documentation and as-built drawings to 3D modeling, photorealistic renderings, and master planning visualizations.

All projects operate under a clearly defined Scope of Work. Additional services require written amendments.

Permit-ready drawings must be reviewed and stamped by a licensed architect or engineer where required.
