Meditative Arts is a process of learning to apply creativity from a meditative flow state.

 

When we do the (sometimes hard) work of releasing our expectations of what will come when we create,

we find unexpected results.

 

We open with a gentle yoga postures, followed by guided meditation practice, and artistic experimentation (painting, drawing, sculpting) - ending with a closing meditation to aid us in integrating our experience. Each offering is different, guided by the flow of the evening.

Relax and unwind with a gentle yoga practice. Each session is 1 hour and is a perfect way to

have some healing and restorative time for yourself at the end of the day.
